But what do you do when you’ve provided your child with nourishment, clean diapers, and all the love they can handle, yet they continue to cry, fuss, or seem restless? It is a horrible and helpless feeling. And when you’ve done all you can, it’s time to seek an outside opinion, or maybe several.
It is human nature to be cranky or just-not-quite-yourself when something is off. Your fussy child or sick baby is trying to tell you something; and it’s really important that you listen.
Small problems as a child can turn into large problems as they grown and become adults. Now is the time to get on top of something that is wrong, so it doesn’t negatively impact your child’s future.
Whether it’s a new mom with an inconsolable baby, or parents who are at the end of their rope with their terrible two-year old, my job is to take a very detailed look at every aspect of the child, figure out what is not right, and help you to correct it. Being thorough is very important.
My treatments are very gentle and safe. Please be assured that if I find something outside of my expertise, I will refer you to the proper doctor immediately. I take pride in treating my patients, old or young, as if they were my own family. I am always amazed how one or two small changes in baby’s diet or a gentle adjustment to their spine can often make all the difference in the world.
Parents often bring their children in for things like:
diarrhea and constipation
reflux, colic, fussy behavior, restlessness
poor sleep or sleeping patterns
frequent illness, wheezing, stuffy nose, allergies or sinus issues
trouble breast-feeding, only breast feeding on one side
rashes, dry skin, eczema
